I knew Gordon from as long as I can remember.

He was some character and you could honestly meet him anywhere , occasionally it was after an " unlucky " bet.

I've great memories of a trip to Aintree with Dad and Gordon, quiet men.

Gordon was a huge part of my life, having known him for over 20 years, many moments spent with him pop into my mind, all of which make me smile.

He was full of adventure and always seeking the next escapade!
A man who would always lend a hand and happy to give his worldly advise.

He was true to himself and never took life too seriously… this in my opinion was one of his greatest qualities.

He will be missed by me and I’m sure by many others.

My thoughts are with Laura, Trevor and Jason.

Gordon, Dad and Co were great friends.They all must have had a poor sense of direction, it wasn’t unusual for them to get lost when they were out with the Meaths !

Gordon was a legend and one of the greatest characters you could meet in the hunting field. He was a popular and excellent field Master with the South County Dublin Hunt and a follower of the Tara Harriers, the Meath Hounds and the Ward Union Hunt. His humour and company will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
