Grace Brophy

So sorry to hear of Grace's passing.
She was a true lady and a lovely colleague in the Indo a few years ago. May she Rest in Peace.

My deepest sympathy to the Brophy family on the loss of Grace. I worked with Grace many years ago in the Indo. She was the epitome of Grace in name and in nature. So elegant and wise. Rest in peace.

I worked with Grace and from the get-go she was warm, kind and the epitome of a lady. She was personally very good to me when i was struggling for a period and our common love of the theatre strengthened our friendship. She was such a gentle, wise and calming presence to all who met her. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Grace. I have great memories of our days acting together in the Indo Musical & Dramatic Society, and the fun we had travelling to compete in Festivals. A brilliant actress and a beautiful human being. Condolences to her family. May she Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear of Grace’s passing. She was a beautiful lady both inside and out. When I joined Independent Newspapers in 1981 she was my mentor and I had great respect for her. Grace you were ‘full of grace’. May your gentle and graceful soul rest in peace.

I first met Grace when I started work in the Indo in 1971. She trained and encouraged me through those early years when I was fresh out of the convent and in my first job. I visited her while she was in the nursing home. She never changed, still Grace by name and grace by nature. May you Rest in Peace Grace and be filled with so much joy on your journey home. Hail and farewell

I was very sad to hear that our Aunty Grace Brophy has sadly passed away. She was a great aunty to us kids, Colm, Barry, Neill Grace and Catherine. I will say a prayer for her here in Devon England. Wish I was there to say goodbye to our Aunty Grace but the pandemic has made it not possible to travel. Hope to visit her grave when I get over in August.
May her soul be free like a bird now that she has finished her journey on earth.
