Although Grace was meeting me for the first time, she welcomed me into her home with open arms, providing meals and advice on navigating Rio during my stay. Truly a testament to her kind and compassionate soul. She will be greatly missed.

I send my heartfelt condolence to Murillo and family at the sudden, shocking death of Grace. I first met Grace 30 years ago when working in Rio de Janeiro and subsequently at times when I returned to Brazil to visit. She helped celebrate two birthdays, mine and my husband's. I have only good memories of Grace and am truly saddened that she passed away so young.
