I remember Grace Mary very well from junior school in Leeson Street. She was a very gentle lovely girl and we send our condolences to her family.
On behalf of all in St. Brigid's National School in Merville Rd., I send our deepest sympathy to Natalie, Zach and all your family. We are thinking of you at this sad time.
To all Grace's family, please accept my deepest sympathy on your sad loss. Two stars left the stage last Tuesday as my brother Terry also died that day. Wherever their spirits are, I have no doubt but there will be lots of laughter! I have such happy memories of working with Grace in the family mediation service, and of some great fun times catching up over the years. Her way with words was truly remarkable. How proud you must all be of her achievements and what a void she leaves in the lives of all who loved her. May she rest in peace.
It's hard to believe such warmth, vibrancy and fun is no longer with us. Grace and her essence will live on in my memory and my heart. So sorry to you all at this awful time. Grace would have had the words that elude me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Barbara
To Grace's Family, please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Grace.
As part of Amherst Writers Ireland, I had the pleasure of writing with Grace and witnessing her incredible talent as a writer over the past few years. I will never forget her laugh and her ability to brighten every room she entered.
May you be comforted by the presence of your friends and family at this difficult time.
Kind regards
Alison Barker

On rare occasions a special person walks into our lives, making such a difference. This person lights up a room. I was lucky when such a person walked into my life in 1998. I knew from the start she had a rare talent as a writer. Her writing and what she brought to the table enriched my life. She had a large circle of friends and I was privileged to be a part of that circle. Now that she has left us I feel that the brightest flower has gone from the circle, leaving a gap which can never be filled. And if I weep tonight, I weep not for her, but for those of us left behind. Farewell Grace until we meet again.
Dear Guy ,Roland , Kirsten Naomi and Natalie,
I have only the best memories of Grace. We had such great fun times when we used to help out at St Andrews events !
We were hopeless at sewing costumes for the concerts and plays for the boys in junior school and we always seemed to get these jobs !!!
But the creativity was never lacking and so only good memories with laughs galore.
I knew of course of her illness and always hoped she would get through with that great spirit of hers .
My sympathies and love to you all at this very sad time .
Mary and of course David and Peter and Suzi
