Being in the states, I did not see my uncle often but my mom always talked highly of him, from his business acumen, to his golf skills to his love of Anne along with his children and grandchildren. As a child I remember his boisterous laugh and his golf trophies. When Keith and I visited Ireland in 1996 after we were married we enjoyed nights at the pub and his stories - - especially the hole in one! He tried to get Keith to golf but he was just starting out and didn't have the confidence to go with Greg. (A regret to this day!) He asked Keith if he golfed like a salmon. Us Americans were perplexed but he then explained are you back and forth on the course using his hand to represent a salmon swimming. We laughed in agreement. It's a line we still use today. I was blessed to have visited Ireland in May 2022 and see him take such pride in his family legacy. All of you have done him so proud. I got to talk about California wines, golf and politics. We shared a meal at his favorite place the Bosun in Cork. The last time I spoke to Greg was on Ann's 80th birthday and he was teasing me that I never sent him flowers for his birthday. I promised to do so on his 80th and once again basked in his laughter. Rest in Peace, Uncle Greg

We were it total shock to get the call from Shane last Thursday to let us know of Greg’s untimely passing. It was my great pleasure to work with Greg over the years and the lifelong friendship which grew from that.
