To Marcella and all the family. We are so sorry for the loss of Greg, my lovely cousin. Great memories of our young life when Greg came to visit in Glasgow, and also being so proud of him playing in his band when we went to Dublin. Sadly missed....thoughts and prayers.

Very sad to hear of Greg's passing yesterday morning. We had some good times playing music in Mullingar and had rekindled our friendship in recent times while comparing notes at dialysis in Tallaght Hospital .

So sad to hear of Greg's passing. I played with Greg for years mostly in the Conservative Club. Apart from his being an excellent drummer, he had a great sense of humour and it was a pleasure to have known and worked with him. May he rest in peace, and my condolences to Greg's family.

I have lovely memories of Gerg from when l was driving The Times. He was so particular about his drums and sometimes for fun they'd be set up in wrong order but he saw the funny side of the prank.

It's a sad day for family and friends today at the passing of Greg Donaghy . Some 55 years ago Greg myself Roger O'Carroll and Martin johnston started a little band a bunch of friends and neighbors, Gregory would go on to fame and fortune and a first class drummer. In the last couple of years I rekindled that old friendship with Greg and he had never changed, there is a sadness in my heart today, my deepest condolences to his wife and all his family
