To Tanya and family I am so sad to hear about your lovely mams passing . My own mom who was a friend of Gretta for many years passed away on New Year’s Day just gone, from the same illness. It’s funny that we bumped into each other just before Christmas and asked about each others moms and gave each other a hug not knowing that they would both be gone over the coming weeks. They are both at peace now Tanya. Our wonderful mammys . Thinking of you all at this very sad time.

Such sad news, a wonderful woman such a big part of my life growing up. I was always made welcome in The Ryan family and hold very fond memories. Gretta had such a zest for life and such a glamorous woman that loved to sing and i believe a great dancer in her day!
