Rest in peace Hannie,I have lovely memories of you in Quarry Farm,when I was home on holidays from Dublin and your only request was “ Tell us a story Eily”.

…Joining with the O Mahony family and all who mourn the passing of our dear neighbour and friend Hannie….. Always cheerful despite the challenges that life brought her; she always cheered one up when visiting her. Her memory of people and life in Drimoleague was clear to the end. Deo Gratia.

I have very fond memories of when growing up in Quarry Farm and going across the fields to play listen to music and have nice thing to eat with Hannie and in more recen times when visiting her in Perrott House and chat about the good old days what a wonderful memory she had.
