Hannah, what a wonderful live you lived, we are very grateful for knowing you, firstly in London many years ago, as a landlady, babysitter and general advisor and of course a live long friend to Mam and Dad. On their passing you kept contact with us, and we are thankful for that.
All the memories and stories recounted on the Pattern Day and other occasions in Castle, we miss them. Now they will be relived with you all in heaven. Hannah rest in peace.

It is with sadness that I learned of Hannah's passing. Hannah was a patient next to my mother in Rathass ward at KUH a few weeks ago, sadly mam passed away last Sunday at 96 years. For the brief time Hannah was in that ward we greatly admired her & it was a privilege to have met her. May she rest in peace.

Hannah was a lovely lady with wisdom witt very chatty and most of all a great pleasure to know since I first met Hannah as her tenant in August 1994 we became great friends and Hannah was like a second grandmother to Sean and I. Very sorry to learn of the passing of Hannah. I first got to know Hannah and Eugene in 1950 when I arrived in London from Brickhouse Yorkshire taking lodgings at Aldershot Road Kilburn. When their first child was born I visited Hannah In the maternity ward with her husband Eugene who I bumped into on the way home from work who said that he was on his way to visit his baby son for the first time - now all sadly departed but reunited. They will be forever fondly remembered. Bill - Cricklewood.

Hannah was a remarkable lady blessed with health, beauty and a brilliant mind and memory. We loved our visits to her in York Terrace. Each one of them filled with story and laughter.
