I am so sorry , to hear the passing of lovely Hannah,
Hannah was so lovely to my mother Nell Mc Sweeney , in the care home,they used to share the same table in the dining room, Hannah always looked out for my mam , my mother has dementia, Hannah showed so much kindness to my mother,
I will miss hear her singing , she knew all the work. RIP Hannah
