So grateful for Hanne's life - so grateful to have had the privilege to know Hanne as teacher and ultimately, as friend. It was through Hanne's Yoga teaching, grounded in her own live's experience that I first connected to my inner life, what a gift! A woman of integrity, strength and fun, bringing to Ireland a fresh inspired approach to living. A wonderful legacy. My deepest sympathy to Rowan, Teresa, Alex and the family.

It was a gift and a joy to have known Hanne. I met her in Ballycastle and will always remember our walks and conversations there, Hanne's amazing ability to be deep and light at the same time and that wonderful sparkle in her eye.

I was terribly sorry to hear the sad news of Hanne's death. I had the pleasure of getting to know her on our many trips to Ballycastle over the years. She was a wonderfully warm woman of great integrity, with a great sense of fun. I can still hear her laugh. I send my heartfelt condolences to Rowan, Teresa, Alex and all the family. I met Hanne at the trauma-education in Belfast. We became friends and to me she became a great support, meeting another norwegian was great. She opened her home to me and we had many good times together. I love her sense of fun, humour and wonderfull laughter. I will mis her.

Hanne touched many of us with her wonderful yoga teaching, and more recently, her SE therapy. I was lucky enough to be her student, and to benefit from her wisdom and sense of fun. I loved her studio and garden and the special atmosphere of nurturing strength that Hanne was able to create. Deepest sympathies to her family, this is a heartrending loss.

I was so sorry to hear about Hanne's death. She was a wonderful person, good friend, really great yoga teacher to me for many years. I had many chats with her and enjoyed her lovely sense of humour. Visiting her in clonlea studio felt very healing and grounding: a surprising, beautiful oasis in South Dublin. She was very supportive when I was ill in the last couple of years and would send lovely texts. I will miss her.

Dear Rowan and family. I share your loss of beautiful Hanne. Hanne lit the light in me so many times and held me with care. We both enjoyed our walks on the hill and occasional swims in the sea and many peaceful moments in yoga practice. Her inspiration and clarity is timeless. Deep sympathy.

She has left a whole community of yoga teachers and students behind who have been deeply enriched and inspired by her teachings and her light will continue to shine within us for a very long time to come.
