Absolutely heartbroken at the loss of my brother of 50 years. My most heartfelt condolences to Ruby, Kathy and Ivan at the loss of their beloved pere de famille. I will always remember the best of times with Har in both the Canada of our youth and Ireland of our later years. His talents, his humor, his intelligence and tenacity all served him well in life and in love of friends and family. I will miss you Har..."I remember back in '73..."

Cathy and Ruby and all the Spilsbury family. We were so shocked and sad to hear of the death of Harley . We remember him fondly as someone who was full of life, passion and enthusiasm,. He always had a smile, a warm welcome and a genuine interest in how you were.

Sorry to hear of Harley’s passing . He was a great man and I admired his positivity and strength . I’ll miss him coming into surgery for bloods as we had great chats about his plants and his camper van .
