Dear Alva and Laura, our sympathies to you both on the death of Auntie Helen. Sorry we could not be with you today as Mam had a fall. We were with you via Ballygall webcamera. Such a beautiful funeral. The choice of readings and prayers of the faithful were a great tribute to the woman. The flowers were fabulous and the music uplifting. The eulogy made me cry and showed the brilliance and determination of the woman throughout life. You will both miss her, but no doubt you have a life of memories. As a child I remember auntie Helen as a very stylish and groomed woman on her trips to Castlerea. I also remember the Christmas boxes that arrived from her each year to us children in Castlerea, she was always thinking of the wider family. I guess we all have individual memories.
You are both in our thoughts today.

Dear Alva and Laura, our deepest sympathies on the death of Auntie Helen, a wonderful woman. We could not make it as Mam had a fall but we were with you with Ballygall Webcamera. The funeral mass music flowers readings prayers of faithful and eulogy were well chosen and suited to the life purpose of the woman herself. She will be missed by you both and the wider family circle. I have very fond memories of the Christmas box she sent to us as children every Christmas to Castlerea! Love to you both.

I was privileged to meet Helen a few years ago through our mutual friend, Margaret Fraser. Since then, we have enjoyed many chats over a "cuppa". Helen was a lovely person and will be greatly missed. My sincere sympathy to her daughters and extended family.

Herself and Mary always kept in contact over the years, we had great chats about The Dubs and great laughs when we met at family occasions. She was very proud of her two girls.
