Shocked and saddened to hear the awful sad news of Helen's passing. Helen was always a lady who had a wonderful smile, humour and loved a chat. Will be sadly missed from the village and having her coffee and smoke.

I loved Helen
We worked really hard together
Played really hard too
Accepted each other's husbands, with patience
Knew each other's families
We both were widowed, and were less lonely due to our friendship
We'd been divided by oceans, the channel and Dublin Bay
But always renewed and refreshed our friendship when we met
And I'll always keep her close to me in my heart

To all the dear family and friends of the lovely Helen a true friend we cannot say how saddened we were to hear of the her passing. Having known her for over 50 Years and worked together in the seventies.
Such wonderful memories and many a social evening together with her lovely husband John. May she rest in ever lasting peace with love and never to be forgotten.

We were shocked to hear of the passing of Helen and wish to express our deepest condolences to all of Helens family and friends. We had the pleasure of knowing Helen and John over their time spent living in Lucan village. Helen was such a kind and loving person especially to our daughter. May her gentle soul rest in peace back with her beloved John.
