I am so sorry to hear about Helen. She was an amazing lady who I was lucky to get to know through the Mountrath Health and Fitness Academy. Helen attended classes frequently and always came down to tea after. We had such laughs and she was full of wonderful memories of the Convent. Thinking of all her family and friends.
