I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our beloved neighbour and family member, Helen. It is a loss felt not only by our community but by those who knew her as a cherished part of their lives.

Helen's reunion with her beloved Christy brings some solace, knowing that they are together once again. Their bond was truly special, and their love for each other was evident to all who knew them.

I want to acknowledge the close relationship my mother shared with Helen. They were more than just neighbours; they were dear friends who provided support and comfort to one another during times of grief. It is my firm belief that they served as pillars of strength for each other in their moments of sorrow.

My heart is broken for you Annette, it is so hard to believe that your beautiful mam has passed.
Always a smile and a laugh, she had a great sense of humour. We would be highly entertained by the secret chats her and mam would have when together, and the song, there would have to be a song or two sung. Used to remind me of your Nan's house in Foster Street. We would regularly visit with our Nan and Nancy would insist we sung or danced. We were useless at both, too bashfull. Great memories though.
Condolances to Mary (Fahy), Noel, Johnny and Jimmy, who I know will be devestated by Helens passing. We will be praying for you all and remembring the best of times with Helen. Rest in peace, 🌹🌹🌹
