Helen was a champion of life and living. Her smile reflected how much she loved life and people.
Her practice of Yoga teaches acceptance, love, kindness and balancing the holding on and letting go.
This is such a difficult time for her family and we send love to you all in this final surrendering and letting go of Helen. But also the comfort of knowing she is not gone, only gone on ahead and is looking back with love .
Unfortunately we are locked into our Festival for the next 3 days, but we are thinking of you all and will catch you, Damien, in the coming week.
Please know that although we are not there, our hearts and our prayers lie with you all.
And live is all there is.
