To: Hugh, Philomena, Antony, Rosaleen, Michael, Gabrielle, Helen, Patricia and extended family, I'm sorry I can't be with you as you grieve for your mother. A wonderful and exceptionally strong character and mother. A memory that stands out for me is your mother Helen and father, Dr. Dan, often coming back up the road after a long walk at a very brisk pace. This was long before walking and exercise become popularised. 'Boy', could they walk. May they both rest in peace.

My sincere sympathy and prayers to the O'Kelly family on the death of Helen. I got to know Helen when I lived in Rathfarnham for a few years and used to visit her in her lovely apartment. She was always such a gracious and welcoming lady and her interests were wide be they in Church or State! She loved greatly you, her family, and Donegal. May she now enjoy the fullness of life.
