We were so sorry to hear of Helen’s death. I (Tempe) first got to know Helen through our mutual friend Wendy about 30 years ago Helen was a warm affectionate friend who was great fun. She joined our not very serious book club about 20 years ago and was a fantastic host when it was her turn to have us for the meeting and most importantly tea! She will be really missed by John and I as well as the other members of our book club.

I would like to express my sadness on the passing of Helen - I only met her on a couple of occasions but was made very welcome to the Pattison home, which was an obviously loving environment. My heart goes out to Shona, her husband Terry and the rest of her children, grandchildren and family.
