Helen Roche

I met the lovely Helen twice. On each occasion she was a front seat passenger in Marcus's car. She told me she was a nurse. Marcus had a broad smile on his face as if he was very proud of Helen's profession. She was warm and friendly and above all immensely patient while the two "aficionados" of all things Blues gossiped while Marcus (the Professor) was illegally parked. My sincere condolences to Marcus on his great loss. RIP.

This is such sad news. I worked with Helen in the operating theatres. Shared a love of gardening and cooking. A wonderful woman with an incredible sense of humor, never afraid to speak up for those that couldnt. She often spoke of you Marcus, we felt that we knew you just as well. An incredible loss. RIP Helen.
