I am very very sad to hear of the very sad news of Helen passing away may she rest in peace.

To Alex, Irene, Paula, Alison, Christine, and Justin,
I was so deeply saddened to hear of Helen’s passing. She was a truly bright light - kind, funny, and full of heart. I feel fortunate to have known her during our school days, and I’ll always remember her with warmth and gratitude.

Helen mentored me during my apprenticeship in The Westbury Hotel during the 80's.Her genuine care for her craft along with an incredible sense of humour, determination and drive made it a pleasure to work alongside Helen. Her fortitude and knowledge was delivered with the patience and understanding of a dedicated Artisan with a want for those supporting her to shine ( as brightly as her smile ) A beacon to us all coming up the ranks that skill and knowledge is to be passed on with humility and grace....
