My sincere condolences to all Helen's family, I was very sorry to hear the recent sad news. I first met her when I was working in Howth library, we had a similar taste in books and I enjoyed our chats about various strange subjects, odd titles and, usually, foreign authors that she trusted me to find for her. It was always a pleasure, and also a confidence boost, to meet her! May she rest in peace.

Michael and Corinne and families - my condolences to you on the very sad loss of your Mum. I am so sorry I was not at her funeral as I only heard too late of her death. It was lovely that we were next door neighbours all those years ago.

What a lovely lady Helen was. She was in our Walking Group for many years and we always enjoyed her company when we went for coffee afterwards.

What a great organiser and golfer Helen was! She captained the Peninsula Society's golf group for more years than I can remember. A gentle and generous woman who was always willing to offer a cup of coffee to all who visited her. Helen well deserves to rest in peace, which she will do in style. God bless her.
