Words can't describe how special and kind a lady Helen was, the strength and courage she showed was amazing was always smiling and gave me great advice and encouragement, I will miss seeing her and the chats we would have you were a through lady and will never be forgotten. It's so sad to learn of Helen's death, growing up as neighbours on Adelaide Road ,Helen and Paula were pals of my sister ,Sheila, and were frequently around the house Both were charming girls and full of fun and inquisitive about my music collection! Helen faced her challenges with amazing courage and good humour. She was a very special lady and will be greatly missed around the place.
