You were, are and always will be the best mother I could have ever asked for or wished for. When you passed, you took away a piece of my heart that can never and will never be replaced. There is no love like a mother's love for her son or a son's love for his mother. We have a bond that even death itself cannot break. I am eternally grateful for all the love, guidance, support and friendship that you surrounded me with since I was born. I am proud, honoured and privileged to be your son and to call you mother.
Through your 20 year fight with this illness, you showed strength, courage and dignity. But your fight has come to an end mam and now you can finally rest.
Rest In Peace mam and know that we will meet again one day. I love you with all my heart and will miss you for the rest of my days xxx
