Really sorry to hear of the sad passing of Henry. A lovely, friendly and interesting guy. I knew Henry when i was a resident in Castleknock and as members of the local branch of Junior Chamber. I also traveled to Limerick with him to the All Ireland Cross Country. Myself and my wife Kathleen would like to extend our deepest sympathy to your family.

Condolences to all Henry's family on your very painful loss. I worked alongside Henry in IIRS Building Energy Department in the early 1980s and met him occasionally at events over the years. He was a memorable and distinctive character - strongly principled, and very interesting and enjoyable company. He was a remarkably tough and able athlete, as hardy as they come, and had a great appetite for life. I will remember him with a smile.

I am very sorry to hear of Henry's passing. I lived next door to the Rowan family in Cornageeha , Sligo from 1979 for a few years. I was also a colleague in Sligo Co Co. He was a man of great intellect.
