Herb swallowed a tooth one day, a capped one 'to be sure!'
Accidentally, of course, made him whistle when he'd snore!?
'Said' tooth was on it's way through his digestive tract!
He searched for it for days! He said this with great tact!?
At last the tooth was found, put back!! He'd washed it well first!
Then he began another tale while quenching his thirst!
He loved a conspiracy theory! i.e. a tall tale!?
He'd always entertain, make you laugh without fail!
We miss you already! Though your suffering's over now.
Farewell our friend Herbie, it's time to take a bow! Xxx

Shocked and saddened to hear this news. I have many happy memories of when myself and Cathy first came to Australia in 1995 and stayed with Herb in Moorabbin. Always full of stories, a laugh and up for a cuppa. Many fun nights in the Bull & Bear and also when Ma& Da came to visit. Big hugs to you Anne and also to Dave and the rest of the family.
