So very sad to hear about Hilary’s passing. I would see her from time to time in the Roaring Donkey, and we always had a lovely chat. I didn’t see her much in the past few years, as I became a first time mother, and Covid.

While I was pregnant, she always gave me reassuring advice. I will miss her happy, smiling demeanour and her wisdom.

She will be sorely missed, and may she Rest in Peace.

I am totally shocked to hear of Hilary’s death .
I worked with Hilary for 10 years until
We both retired , Hilary off to France and I headed to Yorkshire .
We have been in regular contact and great support to each other over the years .
She was a true friend and I am so sad she is no longer with us .
