Dear Derek, Andrew and families. My heartfelt condolences and prayers to you on the loss of beautiful, brave, courageous and inspirational Holly. I was truly gutted to hear that Holly had gained her angel wings. She fought so hard with all her strength, grit and determination. I only knew Holly through Happy Magazine and the mutual connections that we had and for that I was truly blessed. Despite the fact that we never actually met face to face and only chatted through email, Holly was in my 'club' - that club that we don't want even our worst of enemies to join - and that made her a friend and a sister. Holly has helped, supported and encouraged so many others in this club and her legacy will live on. Rest easy now in heavenly peace Holly.

To Derek, Andrew and all Holly's family, sincere condolences on your loss. l never met Holly but the support, information and inspiration she provided through her Happy magazine and regular posts kept me going through my cancer battles. Such a courageous warrior l will never forget her. RIP Holly

Derek, Andrew and all of Holly’s friends and family. I had the pleasure of knowing your beautiful wife, mother, friend through social media. We both started sharing our own journey with illness online around the same time. Both of us interested in making people smile and giving those going through illness a voice. I absolutely loved her vision - the happy magazine and what she wanted to achieve. I can’t believe that I am now writing a message in her book of condolences. It’s so wrong as she should be here full of life, full of hopes and dreams. She fought with such dignity.

Holly was a beautiful bright light that shone even on the darkest of days. I have never come across someone with such passion who wanted to make a difference all whilst battling one of the hardest battles anyone could face. It breaks my heart that she is no longer here but I am so grateful to have connected with her. She helped me more than she ever could have imagined and I know has helped so many others.

She will be missed by so many but I know will reside in so many of the people she connected with hearts. Sleep peacefully Holly and shine your bright light down on your beautiful family. Thank you for helping so many of us and making such a powerful impact on this world.

Derek, Andrew and family I'm so terribly sorry, my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time. Holly was an amazing lady who touched so many lives in her far too short a time on this earth. I loved working with her and feel very privileged to have known her. Her good nature and very caring ways will live on through all the people she met and interacted with. You couldn't help but smile and feel positive when Holly was around.

Holly was one of the kindest and warmest girls I’ve ever known, I will never forget her smile. Derek and Andrew where her world. I remember when she got pregnant with Andrew she was so excited. You will be so sadly missed. My thoughts are with Derek, her little boy Andrew and her family.

Holly started as a contributor to Roches, then became a client, a web trainer and ultimately a dear and personal friend. I am so sorry for your loss Derek. She was such a kind, gentle soul with a massive heart full of love and integrity. I'm glad she got to pursue her passion project in Happy Magazine helping so many people. It took a lot of courage and tenacity to build that dream but her determination pushed through all the barriers she faced and won out. She fought cancer bravely with grace and dignity. She was so brave and so inspiring. She had such an energy and determination within her.

I knew Holly (Billie) for a short time but what I know of her was inspirational. She had such a drive and enthusiasm. Whatever she put her mind to she excelled at. Even during her own personal struggle she created the Happy magazine to help and inspire others during their difficult journey. She was and always will be the light for so many others. She was taken far too young from her wonderful loving family.

I had the pleasure of working with Holly at EY. She was a warm, caring person. Always had a smile and stopped for a chat. She was missed in EY. I’m so very sorry to hear she has passed, but she will be remembered for the gentle soul she was. RIP Holly.

I worked with Holly during her time in Kerry. She was one of the most beautiful, pure people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing. She was so meticulous and put so much care into everything she did, someone to aspire to. It was always clear how much she adored her husband, her family and her son. A memory that will always stand out for me is when she told me she was expecting her son, the joy on her face that was just infectious.
