Paul, I offer you, and all the O'Connor Family, my sympathy on the death of your dear mother, Honor. Just heard the sad news this morning (Sat), in Garvey's. May she rest i in peace.

Oliver, Paul, Claire ye'er spouses,partners children & grandchildren, relatives and friends. My sincerest sympathy to you all on the passing of Honor. Many is the mile we travelled, sometimes overnighting in her home for early morning starts. Car loaded up with costumes, shoes "spare parts" sandwiches, dozens of queen cakes, because invariably it was going to be a long journey and a very long.day, fun & laughter a big part. Honor & Jimmy would be there til the last minute, ecstatic if it was a win, graceful in defeat. She has left an unneasureable legacy, having taught 3 generations Irish Dance, be it solo, figure or just behind the scenes a few steps to a mom who just wanted to try it out. Her pupils now carrying on her dream..She was so patient, encouraging, had a great sense of humour. Sleep in havenly peace Honor. You got the Christmas invitation. "Cuireadh Na Nollag".

We count ourselves so luckily to have had Honor in our lives she was one of the kindest, most generous, loving and caring people I have ever known. We will always have the fondest of memories of her. I have such happy childhood memories of Irish dancing practice with Honor in Dúchas House and Lispole and travelling to Feis's all over the country. Honor was always such a lady-so friendly and fun loving. May she rest in peace.
