Shocked and saddened to hear of Hugh's passing. He was a valued friend, especially during his time in Ardscoil Phádraig, Granard. We both shared origins from Tinahely, Co. Wicklow and both teachers of metalwork and engineering. We were once again colleagues as examiners of Leaving Cert. Engineering Projects.
