On behalf of IFA, I wish to offer sincere condolences to the family of Hugh Kelly RIP.
Hugh was a sitting member of the IFA Grain Committee in the Donegal County Executive for the past two years.
A loyal IFA member, he attended many protests in his time and most recently, he was the first man to turn up with his tractor during the ‘Enough is Enough’ campaign, encouraging many others to join him.
An absolute gentleman, he will be missed by all and especially for his valuable contributions to the IFA Grain Committee.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family now. May Hugh rest in peace.
