Fiona, Rory, from the first days of the Coolin to the closing party in 2015, Hugh and Anne were a big part of the Coolin Family. I remember the day we opened the Balthazar of Moet with you and Anne dancing and the countless rugby matches and Paddy Sherlock nights we all spent together. Saying goodbye to our parents is one of the most difficult moments of all. Especially when they gave us so many laughs and so much fun.

My deepest condolences to Hugh's family. He was always a very warm and engaging character and we shared many a drink and chat in the Coolin bar in Paris over the years where he loved to frequent to watch the rugby on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. I'll always remember him for his Tommy Cooper jokes, a man of great wit. RIP Hugh
