Ian (Dee) O'Brien

I only discovered yesterday of Ian dying. I had the privilege of knowing him and was was so saddened to hear he died. He was a lovely person who gave so much of himself for others. He was inspirational and gave hope to others.
My thoughts are with his family.

Thinking of ians wife and his 4 beautiful daughters and his grandchildren at this heartbreaking time for them ian was a gentleman lovely to talk to i only knew him trough my daughter but he was kind hearted and helpful in any way he could be you'll be missed by a lot of people you were lovely to have known but god above needed you more than we did so maybe someday we'll meet again up there ian ❤🤍❤🙏🙏

Dearest Ian & family, I'm so sorry to hear this news. Thanks Ian for your help, encouragement and total inspiration in dealing with our donations to the Lighthouse. I know you loved the motorbikes arriving each December and especially Martin's burn outs outside as we were leaving 😄 We were all inspired by your happy smile and of course your personal story which you graciously shared with us and your total enthusiasm for helping your homeless clients on the streets of Dublin.
