My sincere sympathy to Kathleen and Mary and all the O'Reilly family on the sad passing of Irene. I first met Irene in 1985 at the Cork College of Commerce where she taught Word Processing. She was a lovely lady and a very good teacher. She produced 2 Word Processing Books which were invaluable to any Word Processing teacher. May Irene's gentle soul rest in peace.

Lovingly remembered with fond memories of our young and carefree days. Sincere sympathies to all her family.

My sincere sympathy to you on the passing of Irene. She introduced me to the world of Word Processing and IT when I studied at the Cork College of Commerce (as it was then). She was a pioneer of all things computers, and had endless patience in the classroom. I will always remember her positivity, her calm demeanor and her kind and inclusive attitude to all students. She was a true educationalist.
