I am very sad to learn of Irene’s passing we were good friends in school and I spent many happy Saturday nights in her house in Mount Merrion.

The “Colls” were my family’s much treasured childhood neighbours. Irene’s inner and outer beauty, her beautiful smile, vivacious personality and her zest for life are some of the many attributes which come to mind when I think of her.
