Breda have great memories of Iris and mother Nancy, she taught me how to sew,brought us for walks,we knew every bye road, and Iris was always with our family and every other family in New Street,..she loved children, went to see her a few times in Fearna when Nancy was alive with mother (Bridie Acton) ..Now is her time to Rest.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Iris. I have some lovely memories of Iris. All the children of New Street played together in the curate's field which was behind the curate's house and Iris was always there, being the jolly person that she was. Iris and her mother Nancy visited our house on a regular basis. Deepest sympathy to Donal and Des. May Iris's gentle soul rest in peace.
