I am so very sorry to hear the sad news of Ita’s passing. I have very fond memories is meeting Ita on several occasions. May she Rest in eternal peace. My love and thoughts to her family. Deborah.

Her love for you all was infinite and this will give you great comfort in the weeks and months ahead. Ita’s passing has left a void in so many lives, I will treasure the memories and always be grateful I got to call her a friend. It was my privilege and honour to accompany Ita on many an occasion, it lifted my soul to hear her sing and she brought comfort to so many with her enchanting voice.

Ita, You were the “cream of the crop” and deserve the best bed in heaven.

I'm so sad to now hear about Ita's passing. Her beautiful soul shone through her eyes as she gently looked at you. Although I only knew her for a short time, I thank God for introducing me to His Earth Angel before she returned Home to Heaven.
May she now Rest in the Peace of The Lord and may Mother Mary wrap her mantle of love, serenity and peace around Ita's family and many friends.

I am so saddened today to learn of Ita's passing. A true lady in everyway. I will never forget her warmth and kindness shown to me when I joined the team many years ago, may she rest in peace.

It has all been said above. I can only add that I loved her, admired her, enjoyed her, felt affirmed by her and miss her beyond words. She would have been so proud of her grandchildren's contributions to her funeral mass.

Ita was my mother's best and oldest friend, from the time they children, so whenever we came down to Limerick, Ita was incredibly warm and welcoming to all of us.

Even as a adult, Ita welcomed my family and me, with open arms and love.

A truely wonderful lady who will be remembered fondly by all who met her.

Our deepest sympathies to John, Billy, Eoin and Joan. Ita was a lovely soul who was so welcoming to all of us visiting with Vincent. She took an interest in each and every one of us. She cared deeply about each and every one of us and had such a peaceful, caring touch.

I was saddened to hear that Ita had died. My 2 children went to her play school and between her and Teacher Ann they learned a lot. Ita also sang at our wedding. She was such a lady and it was a pleasure to have known her. My sympathy to all her family. May her gentle soul rest in peace

Ita, was such a sincere person who extended her friendship and kindness to all of Joan’s friends and became a mother figure to so many people beyond her own wonderful 4 children. We were all so lucky to know and have her as part of our lives. Thank you It’a for the words of encouragement, the fun and safe environment you always created for all of us when we would so often hang out in your company and in your home.
