Our deepest condolences to the family & friends of Ita. I hadn't seen Ita for a long time but the great memories we had while working with Ita in Ashbourne. She will be sorely missed by everyone. She was an Angel on earth, now an Angel in heaven.

My dear Ita. I am only learning of yours passing today. I am heart broken. You were such a character and a beautiful soul. I will miss you at all the charity bike runs. Ar dheís go raibh a h'anam dilis. ❤️

So very sorry to hear of Ita’s passing. She is responsible for one of my favorite memories while visiting Ireland. I spent a lot of time working with her and Logistix working in the Dublin/Swords area. She invited me to Trim to see the “real” Ireland along with a number of people from the office. Stayed in an Inn and helped a couple, that no one knew, celebrate their wedding. It was just so much fun facilitated by Ita’s kindness. It was an absolutely memorable weekend for which I am forever grateful. Thank you Ita. Rest in peace. 🙏

I met a lifetime ago when I was 17 and had started working in NEC. I was in awe of her with her bike and leathers . She was so good to me and unfortunately I lost contact with her.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Thinking of Ita as I sit here at work, from youth club days to her being an icon to ladies. Her free spirit, her love of animals and of course being a lady biker. We have lost our kind hearted lady. Will always remember you Ita, rest in peace.

I have very fond memories of our chats, loving her stories and hearing her laugh during her time in Coke, she was a great character and sincere person.

Deeply saddened to hear of Ita's passing over. We only met her 2years ago up at her brother OB's house and we were delighted to meet her. She loved all the wild flowers and nature that surrounds where we live. I was really impressed with her photography and the way she used filters to produce her unique visions. My kids loved going for a lunch with her when she came over to Leitrim, and also to sit on her big motorbike. We had hoped to spend more time with her in the future, she will be missed greatly by us. I was so saddened to read the news on Saturday that Ita had passed away into the arms of her ancestors. I worked alongside Ita in Coca-Cola in Drogheda. She was a very special person who inspired me greatly as she always used her authentic voice and was not afraid to speak the truth. We could all take a leaf out of Ita's book on how to live our lives. The way she cared for people and for animals spoke volumes on the person she was - The outpouring of grief since her passing is testimony of this. I hope Ita knew just how loved she was. She touched so many peoples lives for the better and left a lasting imprint. May our dear Ita rest in peace.
