I was the first wedding to take place in the hospital church(in 2002) and she was responsible for getting the church looking pristine and beautiful for the ceremony. Sorry to hear about the passing of Auntie Ivy.

I have lots of fond childhood memories of her visits up from Fermoy with Shannon and Tara. I will always remember her sharp sense of humour, her stories and her generosity on every visit - deftly shoving a "few pound" into my hand on the down-low before heading home. She was a lovely woman and was always lots of fun.
