Sincere condolences to Brendan and Jin’s family. I hadn’t heard of Brendan’s death until I was thinking of them both on Jin’s anniversary. A wonderful couple who were a joy to meet with. May they rest in pace.
So fitting that the wonderful celebration of Brendan's Life in Mount Jerome last Saturday concluded with Elvis singing "You were always on my mind". It captured Brendan perfectly as he always had peoples wellbeing on his mind. Added to the brilliant photo on the altar of Jin and Brendan resplendent in his Elvis costume it was a lovely service and everyone spoke so well. Will be a tough Christmas for all of you without Jin and Brendan , however, we hope you can take some comfort that they didn't stay apart for too long.
We only just heard about Brendan’s death and are so sad

Deepest Condolences to Jay, Karen, Holly, Ethan, Juliet and all of the O'Reilly family. Brendan will be missed so much. I had the genuine pleasure of knowing and spending time in Brendan's company over the last decade or so. He was always interested in my life and career, offered great advice and was a fountain of knowledge. A natural born coach and mentor. While I am deeply saddened that this world has lost someone so fantastic as Brendan, I know him and Jin are together again smiling down and proudly watching over their wonderful children and grandchildren. Thinking of you all and sending you much love at this difficult time.

I was deeply upset when I heard of Brendan's passing early this week. I am also grateful for his presence in my life over the last 25 years in both a business capacity and personal friendship. He was a mentor, an advisor, a storyteller, great company whether one to one or in a group, he was a proud father and a loving husband. I will miss him greatly and both Lisa and I extend our heartfelt sympathies to Jane, Daran, Jay, Evan and the extended family. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Brendan and myself had lots of fun running a business together (and Gin was never far away). I know also that Brendan launched many a career but he actively steered mine. I learnt so much from this giant of a man. I know that Brendan will be sadly missed by everyone he came in contact with and Clare and Myself wish our heartfelt condolences to his family of which both himself and Gin were so proud of.
So sorry to hear of Brendan's passing. Sincere Condolences to all the family. A great advocate for marketing initiatives.May he rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to Jane, Daran, Jay and Evan and to Brendan & Jin's beloved grandchildren on the passing of a man who was a true friend and a benevolent presence in the lives of so many.
Brendan was possessed of warmth and legendary charm. He had a huge interest in people and he opened doors for countless individuals as he guided and encouraged them in their careers. He was the best of company with his marvellous positivity and perpetual good humour and utter devotion to the cause of the Irish national rugby team.
Brendan was a man of generous spirit and natural leadership who believed in 'giving back' through his Chairmanship of the Marketing Institute and his role as a much valued independent director of the Bolton Trust Enterprise charity. To many he was rightly synonymous with the progress of the marketing profession in Ireland.
But we never think of J. Brendan in the singular because he and Jin were such a wonderful partnership in life and in business. They shared that positive entrepreneurial spirit that saw them succeed in very challenging times.
Their's was a life of venture and adventure and they were an unbeatable team.
To say goodbye to two such devoted parents in so short a time is a
grievous loss for you all .
But you can be deeply proud of who they were and what they achieved just as they were immensely proud of you.

Our deepest condolences to Jane, Daran, Jay and Evan on the passing of Brendan, re-united with his beloved Jin for eternity.
Our friendship started 50 years ago in the Marketing Institute, bonds strenghtened with cruises on the Shannon and great fun events. We will always think of Brendan in the white satin Elvis outfit at his 50th birthday party. Brendan organised regular zoom get-togethers when the pandemic halted our monthly lunches for the 'boys'. A great guy who will be sadly missed.

Deepest sympathies to all the family on the sad passing of Brendan, a wonderful neighbour in Tara Glen for many years.
For many years, Brendan generously gave his time and expertise to help entrepreneurship students at Dublin Institute of Technology (now TU Dublin). His guidance helped a generation of young people thinking of starting a business. My sincerest condolences to O'Reilly on his passing.
You were a very lucky family to have had such great parents, I have met some of you on an odd occasion but knew you all through the pride your parents had for you all. J Brendan was a gentleman, he showed interest and kindness to me since the day we meet and I often think of both your parents with fondness. Be gentle with yourselves at this difficult time.
