To the Conway family, it is with great sadness that I learned of Jacinta's passing. She will be missed. When Irene and I were training in Dublin and we came across her at the Institute, she was a wonderful friend and mentor to us, helping us navigate our ways at firms, studies and exams. It was with great sadness that I have learnt of Jacinta’s death. Sincerest condolences to the extended Conway family and friends.
Jacinta was a wonderful woman whose strong personality and generosity of spirit permeated her entire working life. Jacinta and her team made an immense and invaluable contribution to the delivery of education of a consistently high standard to generations of prospective Chartered Accounants, whilst ensuring this was always achieved within a caring environment and ethos. We , as an Institute , were so fortunate to have people of Jacinta’s calibre at the helm of our education process throughout those years and we are indebted to her.. Jacinta’s unselfish efforts and input should never be forgotten. It was an honour and a privilege to work alongside Jacinta in a professional capacity for over 20 years and I am humbled to have had such a very dear, loyal and trusted friend . May she rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to the Conway family on this very sad occasion. Jacinta provided me with invaluable guidance when I was at a crossroads in my professional life, which enabled me to launch a successful career in finance. A strong and capable woman with the highest integrity, she didn’t suffer fools and always gave an undiluted and honest opinion on subjects she was passionate about. She had a fierce sense of justice and treated everyone the same regardless of hierarchy or status. I learned a great deal from Jacinta, in fact I think I was a little bit in awe of her intellect and ability to communicate passionately in an assertive and confident manner. I know I took some of those golden nuggets and applied them in my own life. Ní bheidh a leithéad ann arís. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

So sorry to hear of Jacintas recent passing. She was a great friend of my late wife Beatrice Dolan when she lived in Athlone. Condolences to all the family.

Jacinta was a great part of my younger life. She stayed at my mum and dads house Angela and Packies Dolan’s occasionally and they just loved her. We had so muchfun with her 😂, She gave me a gift of 3 monkeys See No Evil Speak no Evil and Hear no Evil, I still have it on my Fireplace.,,, I hope you meet up with Angela and packie and Beatrice all RIP.
