I am shocked to hear of Jacinta's passing. I wasn't aware she was so unwell.
I worked with her in the IT Help Centre a long time ago, very early 2000's, I think. I have spoken to her on and off since then.
I always remember her as a really lovely person and always a smile on her face. She had a great laugh, I recall.
