Jacinta (Jas) DOOLEY

My sincere sympathies to Jacinta’s Dad and all the family on the untimely death of Jacinta. I had the pleasure of bringing Jacinta to hospital for various treatments on many occasions over the past number of years in my capacity as a Volunteer Cancer Driver.
I must say that Jacinta’s positive attitude to life and her general demeanour in the face of adversity always inspired me and for that I will always be grateful.
I only heard of her death this evening and am extremely sorry to have missed her funeral. I know that she is at peace now in the loving arms of Jesus and I will pray for the family especially for Sam who played such a huge role in Jacinta’s life,especially during her sickness. May she rest in peace

Jacinta, I feel so blessed that we spent so much time together. I always remember my 13 years in Ireland so fondly and thinking about it, I worked with for 10 of those years. We worked together from 2003 to 2012 across two different companies. We spent time out on the ramp at Dublin airport and then travelling together or waiting for trains when we worked in Dublin. I had more after work drinks/staff parties with you than anyone else! You moved into Balrothery the same year as us and i often got sidetracked on my walks going past your house with a glass of Sauv blanc or a pint at the Inn and a great chat!!! You always listened and had my back in good times and other.

What a beautiful funeral service for Jacinta. We worked together for several years at Parc, Jacinta and I had a work trip to Japan together in Jan 2016 and she was a huge hit with our clients there! A hugely talented person, always going the extra mile, helpful, knowledgeable and a kind friend. I know she was devoted to her family, esp. her Mum and Dad who were always central to her life. May she rest in pace.
