Uncle Jack was like a second Dad to us, strong, straightforward, kind, and much loved. So many happy memories of the ‘three smallies’ fighting to get a place in his van for an overnight trip to Ballinlough - Happy Days! I had the honour of Uncle Jack giving me away on my wedding day.
