Mary and family, we are so sorry for you and for the loss of Jack. I will miss him around the place, and especially when he parked beside me at Church. Many years ago now, he helped Gerry Cloonan draw up the Donoghue Family Tree for to put in the magazine, The Blazer. It showed that the Donoghues and the Donovans had a long history in Craughwell. May Jack rest kindly with his parents in the happiness of Heaven.

I met Jack on the side of the road when I first moved to Craughwell and little did I think that I nearly finished up there myself with Irish Pound Celtic Tiger and Worldwide Bank collapses over the following forty years.

So delighted to call to Jack , Mary and Family when they moved into their new house in the last couple of years .
What a beautiful house now made a home with Mary and Jack’s love .

I will miss you Old Friend for our talks , deals and your wisdom honed from your young years , working with farmers , thinning beet,digging potatoes , picking stones and the experiences of the road that were so educational and deep .

Bless You , the Family and Friends ,who for now on ,will grieve your departure.
