Jack Keegan

I only recently heard of Jack's passing.My memories of hunting with him,and all his help with the hounds ,and out hunting in Ireland will always be with me.He was a lovely man and friend.
My deepest sympathy to all his family.

Almost 35 years ago Jack first called to us and has been calling ever since. He had great time for his "adopted" children Lisa and Richard. He taught them the alphabet, how to count and to tell the time. He never raised his voice to them, even when Richard left the kennel gate open and 7 pups got out and took to the country. Jack spent the whole evening gathering them up. Next day he took Richard to the kennels as if nothing happened.
He brought them Man Utd presents, puppets, books and sweets from Wales for 'minding Tara'. Our family had a special place with Jack as he had with us. He called for the cakes,buns and the Irish Field every week.
Rest in peace Jack with the angels in heaven.

Jack was a neighbour since 1982 and a life long hunting friend, loved shooting the breeze with him about the hunting every week - Windsor Terrace will miss him grately
