So sorry to hear of Jacks passing - he was a gentleman to deal with always when he was the DVO boss . Always a pleasure to meet out racing & his imparting of knowledge was always well thought out ,if not always profitable!. His Chairmanship of the 1990 IVA Conference was an example of his guidance ,knowledge & stewardship. RIP Jack.
