I worked with Jacqui in UB, she was a fantastic colleague who was brilliant with customers, extremely bright and such a genuinely lovely person to be around.

Words generally fail us at times like this. Losing someone so kind, caring, funny, thoughtful and loyal is something that's hard to fathom. Before I wrote this, I scrolled through the endless messages of love and support for Jacqueline and her family and friends.
In Ulster Bank, we were more than just colleagues. We were a big family... losing a member of that family hurts but you can tell by the condolences and the outpour of love within each message how much Jacqueline meant to us and I hope you find some comfort in knowing that. Jacqueline was loved so much by everyone, she was a hard worker, extremely clever, whitty, funny and kind.
I'll never forget you Jaqueline, thanks for the belly laughs. We will all laugh together again one day but for now, sleep tight 💔

Utterly heartbroken to hear of the untimely passing of Jacqui. Jacqui was a legend with a big heart, she had time for everyone and was a great laugh. Jacqui adored her family and friends and I felt like I knew them from the chats she would have about them and the great holidays they would go on.
