Jake, you are so so missed but will always be loved. I have so many great memories of giggles and chaos but also times when he showed me true kindness and genuine care.
I remember when you were born Max you blew his tiny mind and filled his massive heart with love and that same feeling stayed with him always. If you wanted to see Jake light up you only had to ask him “How’s Max?” He was so in awe of you and so so proud to be your Dad.

The first time I met you I connected with you instantly . We laughed alot and talked about things with no boundaries. . I felt very comfortable and always was delighted to run into you.
