I was very sad to learn of the passing of James. As long as i knew him i never knew his surname and never made the connection. It was a pleasure meeting him and listening to his many colourful storeis. Time would just slip away. He was a verykind, intelligent man who had time for everyone. May his soul rest in peace 🙏

I only got to know him in his latter years in Macroom and his insight and wisdom was captivating. His interest in motorbikes was always a great source of conversation.
